Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, PS, 25µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this hamster (Armenian) monoclonal IgG antibody, Clone N418, conjugated with PerCP-Cy5.5, that reacts with mouse CD11c (alphaX integrin), a 150 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein which associates non-covalently with CD18 (beta2 integrin) to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. Through this receptor, CD11c is involved in several immune response processes including cell migration, stimulation of cytokine production by monocytes and macrophages, T cell proliferation, leukocyte recruitment, and phagocytosis. In mice, CD11c is expressed on dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes, granulocytes, NK cells, and a subset of T cells.

The antibody was generated using mouse spleen dendritic cells as the immunogen, purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PerCP-Cy5.5 under optimal conditions; the solution is free of unconjugated PerCP-Cy5.5. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin. It is verified and reported for flow cytometry (FC) applications, and has been used for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep kits, including the EasySep Mouse CD11c Positive Selection Kit II. The suggested use for flow cytometry is less than or equal to 0.25 micrograms per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 microliters, and titration is recommended for optimal performance in each application.
