Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, PB, 25µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this anti-mouse CD11c antibody, clone N418, conjugated to Pacific Blue™ as a laboratory reagent for flow cytometry. The product is supplied as a clear liquid.

The N418 clone reacts with CD11c, a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates with CD18 to form a heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. Flow cytometry data demonstrate specific labeling of CD11c-expressing populations on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes with the Pacific Blue™ conjugate.

This reagent supports immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells and immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched mouse pDCs from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues, fitting into cell isolation and immunophenotyping workflows.
