Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, PB, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this Pacific Blue™-conjugated anti-mouse CD11c antibody, clone N418. The N418 antibody reacts with CD11c, a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates with CD18 to form a heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. The reagent is suitable for flow cytometry and has been validated on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes.

Designed for use in immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells, it is also part of workflows for the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched mouse pDCs from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues. The antibody can be combined in flow cytometry panels with markers such as anti-CD45 (clone 30-F11), anti-CD317, and anti-MHC class II, alongside Armenian hamster IgG isotype controls. Supporting flow cytometry data include labelling of splenocytes processed with the EasySep™ Mouse CD11c Positive Selection Kit II.
