Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, FI, 25µg

An antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone N418, specific for mouse CD11c—a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates with CD18 to form a heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. The reagent is offered in multiple fluorescent conjugate formats, including FITC, and has been validated by flow cytometry on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. Representative datasets show labeling of splenocytes directly and after processing with the EasySep™ Mouse CD11c Positive Selection Kit II, together with co-staining for markers such as CD317, CD45 (clone 30-F11), and MHC class II. The antibody is used in research workflows for the immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells and for the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched mouse plasmacytoid dendritic cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues.
