Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, FI, 100µg

This fluorescein-conjugated monoclonal antibody targets mouse CD11c (integrin αX), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed most strongly on conventional dendritic cells, with additional staining reported on certain macrophage subsets, monocytes, and NK cell populations. The N418 clone, raised in Armenian hamster, is a well-characterized reagent that recognizes the mouse integrin αX chain with no significant cross-reactivity toward the human orthologue, making it a standard tool for immunology research and for tracking or isolating the dendritic cell compartment in murine models by flow cytometry.

Conjugation with FITC provides excitation near 495 nm and emission near 519 nm, making the reagent compatible with standard blue-laser flow cytometers and FITC filter sets. Each vial contains 100 µg of purified antibody supplied as a liquid formulation ready for direct immunofluorescent staining. For optimal fluorescence retention, store refrigerated and protected from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and prepare small aliquots upon first use to preserve activity across long studies.

Typical working concentrations fall around 0.5–2 µg per million cells for surface staining on ice for 20–30 minutes in the dark.
