Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, AZ, 25µg

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this APC-conjugated monoclonal antibody (clone N418) is raised in Armenian hamster and is of the IgG isotype. It targets mouse CD11c, also known as alphaX integrin, CR4, integrin alphaX chain, or p150, with the corresponding gene ID listed as 16411. The immunogen used was mouse spleen dendritic cells.

CD11c is a 150 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates non-covalently with CD18 (β2 integrin) to form a heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. Through interactions with ligands such as iC3b, fibrinogen, and CD54, the CD11c/CD18 complex participates in immune response processes including cell migration, stimulation of cytokine production by monocytes and macrophages, T cell proliferation, leukocyte recruitment, and phagocytosis. In mice, CD11c is expressed on dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes, granulocytes, NK cells, and a subset of T cells.

The antibody is verified for flow cytometry (FC) applications and has also been reported for FC use. It has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits.
