Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, AD, 100µg

This monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, raised in Armenian hamster, is clone N418 and reacts with mouse CD11c (αX integrin), a 150 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates non-covalently with CD18 (β2 integrin) to form a heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. Through interactions with ligands including iC3b, fibrinogen, and CD54, the CD11c/CD18 complex participates in cell migration, stimulation of cytokine production by monocytes and macrophages, T cell proliferation, leukocyte recruitment, and phagocytosis. In mice, CD11c is expressed on dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes, granulocytes, NK cells, and a subset of T cells.

Available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, the reagent has been verified for cell separation (CellSep) and flow cytometry (FC) and is reported for use in CyTOF®, ICC, IF, IHC, and IP applications. The clone is validated for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits, supporting workflows for immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells and immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched mouse pDCs from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues.
