Anti-Ms CD11b, M1/70, BT, 500µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, the Anti-Mouse CD11b Antibody, Clone M1/70 reacts with CD11b, an approximately 170 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates non-covalently with CD18 to form the heterodimeric Mac-1 receptor. The antibody is of the rat IgG2b, kappa isotype.

Validation data demonstrate its use in flow cytometry with C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes and bone marrow cells, including workflows following enrichment with the EasySep™ Mouse Monocyte Enrichment Kit. Conjugated formats referenced in the supporting data include Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, unconjugated, APC, biotin, FITC, PerCP-Cy5.5, and Pacific Blue™.

The product is designed to support research areas including the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse stem and progenitor cells and the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse monocytes.
