Anti-Ms CD117, 2B8, BT, 500µg

This laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is a biotin-conjugated rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody (clone 2B8) directed against mouse CD117 (c-Kit). CD117 is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells and mast cells, making the reagent suitable for cell isolation and other applications. The product is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).

It is recommended for use as a laboratory reagent and should be handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Manufacturer flow cytometry data show labeling of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells, and the biotin-conjugated format has been demonstrated in combination with streptavidin secondary reagents, as well as in workflows using the EasySep™ Mouse CD117 Positive Selection Kit for positive selection of mouse hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.
