This rabbit polyclonal antibody reagent from STEMCELL Technologies reacts with human villin 1, a calcium-regulated protein expressed in epithelial cells. The manufacturer's published figure shows that the antibody is suitable for staining human intestinal organoids. In the described immunofluorescence workflow, H9 human intestinal organoids cultured using the STEMdiff™ Intestinal Organoid Kit were fixed and labeled with the antibody, detected with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) polyclonal secondary antibody conjugated to iFluor™ 568, with nuclei counter-stained with DAPI. The figure also shows parallel staining with a rabbit IgG isotype control antibody.
