The Anti-Human TRA-1-81 Antibody, Clone TRA-1-81, PE is validated for use in ELISA, flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, and western blotting. Manufacturer data show flow cytometry analysis of human embryonic stem (ES) cells and human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells, as well as immunocytochemistry labelling of human ES cells cultured in mTeSR™1 on Corning® Matrigel®-coated glass slides.
