Anti-Hu SSEA-5, 8e11, AZ, 100tests

An antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone 8e11, recognizes the stage-specific embryonic antigen-5 (SSEA-5) and is used in flow cytometry and western blotting applications. The reagent is supplied as a pre-labeled conjugate optimized for direct staining in flow cytometry and related fluorescence-based assays. It targets SSEA-5 expressed on undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), supporting identification and analysis of these pluripotent cell populations. HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells are referenced as a negative control in flow cytometry and western blot experiments. Storage recommendation is 2–8 °C, protected from light.
