Anti-Hu SSEA-4, MC-813-70, PE, 25tests

This PE-conjugated mouse monoclonal IgG3, kappa antibody from STEMCELL Technologies recognizes stage-specific embryonic antigen-4 (SSEA-4), a glycolipid carbohydrate antigen. The MC-813-70 clone reacts with SSEA-4 on the surface of human embryonal carcinoma, embryonic germ, undifferentiated embryonic stem and induced pluripotent stem cells, as well as rhesus monkey embryonic stem cell lines.

No immunoreactivity is evident with undifferentiated mouse embryonal carcinoma, embryonic germ, embryonic stem or induced pluripotent stem cells. The antibody is verified for flow cytometry labeling of human embryonic stem and induced pluripotent stem cells; immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence are reported applications. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered solution, was purified by affinity chromatography, and is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody.
