Flow cytometry (FC) is listed as both a verified and reported application, and the antibody has been verified for labeling human embryonic stem and induced pluripotent stem cells. No immunoreactivity is evident with undifferentiated mouse embryonal carcinoma, embryonic germ, embryonic stem or induced pluripotent stem cells. The formulation is a phosphate-buffered solution, and the product is a clear liquid. The manufacturer states that the product is stable when stored undiluted, should not be frozen, and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light.
