The MC-813-70 clone is widely cited in hESC and iPSC characterization workflows, where it is applied in flow cytometry and immunocytochemistry to confirm pluripotency, monitor loss of self-renewal during directed differentiation, and isolate live populations by fluorescence-activated sorting.
