Anti-Hu MUC1 (CD227), 16A, UC, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this unconjugated monoclonal antibody (Clone 16A) reacts with human MUC1 (CD227), a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by most glandular and ductal epithelial cells and hematopoietic cells.

Purified as an unconjugated immunoglobulin, it is suitable for conjugation, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry when used with compatible secondary reagents. The antibody has been demonstrated in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence workflows, including labelling of primary human airway epithelial cells cultured in PneumaCult™-ALI Medium and of PHA-stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Recommended long-term storage is at −20°C, with repeated freeze–thaw cycles to be avoided. The reagent is intended for research use only.
