Anti-Hu MUC1 (CD227), 16A, PE, 100tests

This PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone 16A, recognizes human MUC1 (CD227), a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by most glandular and ductal epithelial cells and hematopoietic cells. The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).

It is intended for use in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. Published applications include labeling of primary human airway epithelial cells cultured at the air-liquid interface, and analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes following stimulation with PHA for 3 days. The product is for research use only.
