Anti-Hu HLA-DR, LN3, UC, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, the Anti-Human HLA-DR Antibody, Clone LN3 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that reacts with the HLA-DR antigen. The HLA-DR antigen is primarily expressed on the surface of antigen presenting cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages.

The antibody is intended for flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and has been validated in multiple fluorochrome formats, including FITC, PE, and Alexa Fluor® 488, in each case run alongside a Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone MPC-11.

This reagent supports several research workflows, including the differentiation of human monocytes into dendritic cells, the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human B cells from HetaSep™-treated whole blood, and the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human lymphocytes directly from HetaSep™-treated whole blood or washed leukapheresis samples.
