Anti-Hu HLA-DR, LN3, FI, 25tests

From STEMCELL Technologies, this is a FITC-conjugated antibody reagent raised against human HLA-DR. The manufacturer's LN3 clone reacts with the HLA-DR antigen, which is primarily expressed on the surface of antigen presenting cells including dendritic cells and macrophages. The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid preparation.

Flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labeled with the LN3 antibody has been demonstrated by the manufacturer, with the antibody shown in this and other fluorochrome formats including PE and Alexa Fluor® 488, alongside a Mouse IgG2b, kappa isotype control (Clone MPC-11). According to the product safety documentation, the preparation is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and is stable under recommended transport and storage conditions.
