Anti-Hu HLA-DR, LN3, FI, 100tests

Available from STEMCELL Technologies, this monoclonal antibody, Clone LN3, reacts with the HLA-DR antigen. According to the manufacturer, HLA-DR is primarily expressed on the surface of antigen presenting cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages.

The antibody is intended for flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with demonstrated performance across FITC, PE, and Alexa Fluor 488 formats.

STEMCELL Technologies indicates that the antibody supports research workflows such as differentiation of human monocytes into dendritic cells, immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human B cells from HetaSep-treated whole blood, and immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched lymphocytes from HetaSep-treated whole blood or washed leukapheresis samples.
