Anti-Hu HLA-DR, LN3, AD, 100tests

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this laboratory reagent for the detection of the human HLA-DR antigen. According to the manufacturer, the LN3 clone antibody reacts with HLA-DR primarily expressed on the surface of antigen presenting cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages. The product is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 and is demonstrated by the manufacturer for flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), where it is paired with an anti-mouse IgG2b secondary reagent and compared against a Mouse IgG2b, kappa isotype control antibody (Clone MPC-11). The reagent is presented as a clear liquid by STEMCELL Technologies Canada Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and is intended for research use as part of workflows that include the differentiation of human monocytes into dendritic cells and immunomagnetic negative selection of B cells and lymphocytes from whole blood or leukapheresis samples.
