Anti-Hu HLA-DR, L243, PE, 100tests

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody (clone L243) is specific for human HLA-DR. According to the manufacturer, the L243 clone reacts with human HLA-DR, the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II receptor and a member of the immunoglobulin protein superfamily.

Flow cytometry data shown by the manufacturer demonstrate labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with the PE-conjugated antibody, with viable lymphocytes gated for analysis. The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). Recommended storage is at 2–8°C, protected from light, and optimal dilution should be determined by titration.
