Anti-Hu CD8a, RPA-T8, FI, 100tests

This mouse monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, designated Clone RPA-T8, is supplied as a FITC-conjugated Anti-Human CD8a reagent for research applications. The target, CD8a, is described by the manufacturer as a transmembrane glycoprotein that functions as a subunit of CD8. Clone RPA-T8 is intended for flow cytometry and cell isolation, and supports immunomagnetic workflows for the negative isolation of untouched human T cells and untouched human CD8+ T cells.
