Anti-Hu CD8a, RPA-T8, AZ, 500tests

STEMCELL Technologies offers this Anti-Human CD8a Antibody, Clone RPA-T8, supplied by STEMCELL Technologies Canada Inc. in an APC-conjugated format intended for use as a laboratory reagent. CD8a is a transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a subunit of CD8, and the RPA-T8 clone is a mouse monoclonal antibody applied in flow cytometry and cell isolation workflows.

Manufacturer-published flow cytometry data demonstrate labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including two-color analyses combined with Anti-Human CD3 Antibody, Clone UCHT1, FITC and Anti-Human CD45 Antibody, Clone HI30, FITC, as well as staining profiles obtained before and after immunomagnetic isolation using the EasySep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit and the EasySep™ Human CD8 Positive Selection Kit.
