Anti-Hu CD8a, RPA-T8, AZ, 100tests

STEMCELL Technologies offers a mouse monoclonal antibody that targets the human CD8a antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a subunit of CD8. Clone RPA-T8 is of the mouse IgG1, kappa isotype and is intended for use in flow cytometry and cell isolation workflows.

The reagent is provided as a clear liquid and is classified as not a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It is recommended for use as a laboratory reagent. According to the manufacturer's documentation, the antibody is available conjugated to APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5, or in an unconjugated format. Validation data from the manufacturer show flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labelled with the antibody, including experiments performed after processing PBMCs with the EasySep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit, EasySep™ Human CD3 Positive Selection Kit, or EasySep™ Human CD8 Positive Selection Kit, demonstrating compatibility with immunomagnetic isolation of untouched human T cells and untouched human CD8+ T cells.
