Anti-Hu CD66b, G10F5, PB, 100tests

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this Pacific Blue™ (PB)-conjugated antibody is directed against human CD66b, a GPI-linked glycoprotein expressed by neutrophilic and eosinophilic granulocytes. The reagent, Clone G10F5, is verified for flow cytometry and is commonly used to gate neutrophils and granulocytes in cytometry panels. Representative PB-conjugated data demonstrate labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells by flow cytometry. To achieve optimal labeling, titrate the reagent to verify the appropriate concentration for the specific instrument and sample. The product should be stored at 2–8 °C, protected from light, and freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic procedures.
