Anti-Hu CD66b, G10F5, AZ, 100tests

STEMCELL Technologies offers an anti-human CD66b antibody, clone G10F5, developed for flow cytometry. CD66b, previously known as CD67, is a GPI-linked glycoprotein expressed by neutrophilic and eosinophilic granulocytes. It functions as a granulocyte differentiation antigen used to identify neutrophils and activated granulocytes. The clone G10F5 is verified for flow cytometry, and this product is provided in an AZ-conjugated format.

Published flow cytometry data for this clone span unconjugated, APC, FITC, PE, and Pacific Blue formats, applied to human whole blood nucleated cells, buffy coat nucleated cells, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

Recommended storage is 2–8 °C, protected from light, with freeze–thaw cycles to be avoided. The product is intended for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnostics.
