Anti-Hu CD5, UCHT2, AZ, 100tests

A mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody from STEMCELL Technologies (clone UCHT2) targets human CD5, a glycoprotein expressed on thymocytes, T cells, B cell subsets, and dendritic cells. The antibody is conjugated to APC and supplied as a clear liquid. Clone UCHT2 is verified for flow cytometry and has been demonstrated in flow cytometry analyses of human buffy coat nucleated cells, including use alongside the EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit.

It is intended as a laboratory reagent for research use only and is not for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic applications unless otherwise stated. The safety data sheet states the product is not classified as hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and contains no substances considered hazardous to health at their given concentration. Recommended storage is in tightly closed containers kept in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
