Anti-Hu CD45RO, UCHL1, UC, 100µg

This unconjugated, purified monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets CD45RO, the shortest isoform of CD45, and is provided as a clear liquid. The product is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and is stable under normal conditions.

Clone UCHL1 is used to identify T cell lymphomas and leukemia and is verified for flow cytometry, with supporting flow cytometry data shown for use on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The unconjugated format makes it suitable for applications requiring an unconjugated antibody, such as custom labeling, immunoprecipitation, and certain immunoassays. Flow cytometry data are also presented for conjugated variants (Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, and PerCP-Cy5.5), illustrating compatibility with common secondary detection reagents and co-staining with anti-human CD45RA antibodies.
