Anti-Hu CD45RO, UCHL1, PS, 100tests

From STEMCELL Technologies, this Anti-Human CD45RO Antibody, Clone UCHL1, is conjugated to the PerCP-Cy5.5 fluorochrome and is supplied as a clear liquid reagent. CD45RO is described as the shortest isoform of CD45, and the UCHL1 antibody is used to identify T cell lymphomas and leukemias. The reagent is verified for flow cytometry, with demonstrated use on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), where it labels T lymphocytes and can be combined with an anti-human CD45RA antibody to distinguish CD45RO-positive memory and CD45RA-positive naïve T cell subsets.
