Anti-Hu CD45RA, HI100, BT, 100µg

This biotin-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone HI100, is a mouse IgG2b, kappa reagent raised against human CD45RA. The antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope on the CD45RA isoform of CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. It reacts with human and chimpanzee samples and is commonly used in combination with anti-CD45RO antibodies to distinguish naïve from memory T cells, as well as to identify the suppressor/inducer subset of CD4+ lymphocytes.

The product is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions, leaving the solution free of unconjugated biotin. For flow cytometry, the suggested use is ≤ 0.5 μg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL, though titration is recommended for each application. The antibody has also been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with the EasySep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit II. Store undiluted at 2 - 8°C; do not freeze, and protect from prolonged exposure to light.
