Anti-Hu CD45RA, HI100, AY, 25tests

From STEMCELL Technologies, this mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody (clone HI100) reacts with an extracellular epitope on the CD45RA isoform of CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. The reagent recognizes CD45RA on human and chimpanzee cells and is demonstrated by flow cytometry analysis on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with antibody conjugates shown in APC-Cyanine7, Biotin, PE, and unconjugated formats alongside appropriate isotype controls.

The antibody is well established as part of multi-parameter flow cytometry phenotyping. CD45RA is one of the surface markers used in combination with CD34, CD38, and CD90 to distinguish human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell subsets that differ in their hematopoietic-reconstitution potential. The reagent is also referenced for assessing the purity of naïve CD4+ T cells (CD3+CD4+CD45RA+CD45RO-) following immunomagnetic isolation from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, where the typical naïve CD4+ T cell content of the isolated fraction ranges from 91.3 - 96.9%.
