Anti-Hu CD45RA, HI100, AY, 100tests

A laboratory reagent antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, this product features the HI100 monoclonal antibody clone conjugated to APC-Cyanine7. According to the manufacturer, the HI100 antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope on the CD45RA isoform of CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).

The antibody is intended for flow cytometry applications and has been demonstrated by the manufacturer in flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), gated on viable lymphocytes.
