Anti-Hu CD45, HI30, PE, 25tests

A clear liquid PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, the HI30 clone is directed against human CD45 and reacts with all isoforms of this type I transmembrane glycoprotein, which is expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. The reagent is of mouse IgG1, kappa isotype and is supplied as a laboratory reagent for flow cytometry, where it has been demonstrated on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) alongside a matching mouse IgG1, kappa PE isotype control.

The mixture is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) or the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200), and no special protective equipment is required under normal use conditions.
