Anti-Hu CD45, HI30, FI, 100tests

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this laboratory reagent is an FITC-conjugated monoclonal antibody (clone HI30) directed against human CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. The antibody reacts with all isoforms of CD45 and is supplied as a clear liquid.

Designed for direct flow cytometry detection of the pan-leukocyte marker CD45 on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), the reagent belongs to the mouse IgG1, kappa isotype class and is referenced as part of immunomagnetic negative isolation workflows for untouched human T cells, including CD4+ T cell preparations.
