From STEMCELL Technologies, this is a mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody (Clone HI30) that recognizes all isoforms of CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. This particular format is conjugated to APC, and the preparation is supplied as a clear liquid intended for use as a laboratory reagent.

Flow cytometry data generated on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are illustrated for multiple conjugations of the same clone, including Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, unconjugated, PerCP-Cy5.5, and Pacific Blue™. According to the Safety Data Sheet, the mixture is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and no special protective equipment is required for routine handling. The product is stable under normal conditions.
