Anti-Hu CD45, HI30, AZ, 100tests

A monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies that targets CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. The antibody, clone HI30, reacts with all isoforms of CD45 and is conjugated to the APC fluorophore for use in flow cytometry. Representative flow cytometry data demonstrate labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The reagent is listed as part of research workflows for the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human T cells and untouched human CD4+ T cells.
