Anti-Hu CD43, CD43-10G7, UC, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers a monoclonal antibody (clone CD43-10G7) directed against human CD43, a transmembrane sialoglycoprotein expressed on the surface of most human hematopoietic cells. The clone is verified for flow cytometry and is referenced in both conjugated (APC, PE) and unconjugated formats. Supporting data include flow cytometry analyses of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and human buffy coat nucleated cells, with a note that CD43 is not expressed on resting B cells. The reagent is intended for research applications.
