Anti-Hu CD4, RPA-T4, UC, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers a mouse monoclonal antibody targeting human CD4, clone RPA-T4, in an unconjugated format. CD4 is an approximately 59 kDa single-chain type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), in which labelled cells are detected using a goat anti-mouse IgG1 secondary antibody. The antibody is of mouse IgG1, kappa isotype. This reagent supports research workflows including the immunomagnetic positive selection of human ILC2s (CRTH2+) from PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples.
