Anti-Hu CD4, RPA-T4, FI, 500tests

Clone RPA-T4 monoclonal antibody, fluorescein-conjugated, targets the human CD4 co-receptor for multicolor flow cytometry panels identifying helper/inducer T lymphocytes. This reagent from STEMCELL Technologies binds the CD4 glycoprotein expressed on Th cells, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. The FITC label enables detection on the blue 488 nm laser line, allowing simultaneous staining with PE, APC, or PerCP markers for comprehensive immunophenotyping of peripheral blood, lymphoid tissue, or isolated PBMC preparations.
