Anti-Hu CD4, RPA-T4, FI, 100tests

A mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody from STEMCELL Technologies that recognizes human CD4, an approximately 59 kDa single-chain type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. The antibody, clone RPA-T4, is supplied as a FITC-conjugated liquid preparation intended for use as a laboratory reagent.

Flow cytometry data from the manufacturer demonstrate labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with staining patterns shown alongside a mouse IgG1, kappa FITC isotype control. The reagent is also cited for use in research workflows involving immunomagnetic positive selection of human ILC2s (CRTH2+) from PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples using particle release technology.

According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the product is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It is supplied as a clear liquid by STEMCELL Technologies Canada Inc.
