Anti-Hu CD4, RPA-T4, AZ, 25tests

A mouse monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone RPA-T4, specific for human CD4. CD4 is an approximately 59 kDa single-chain type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. The reagent is supplied as a fluorochrome-conjugated antibody (designated "AZ") and is intended for use as a laboratory reagent in research settings.

Performance data shown by the manufacturer come from flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labelled with the antibody, demonstrating its suitability for immunophenotyping panels. The same clone is referenced in workflows for the immunomagnetic positive selection of human ILC2s (CRTH2+) from PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples. The reagent is a clear liquid and, according to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). Independent storage guidance indicates the product should be kept refrigerated at 2–8°C and protected from light.
