Anti-Hu CD4, RPA-T4, AZ, 100tests

This laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is an APC-conjugated anti-human CD4 antibody (clone RPA-T4) supplied as a clear liquid. It recognizes CD4, an approximately 59 kDa single-chain type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. Representative data demonstrate its use in flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control antibody used for comparison.
