Anti-Hu CD34, 8G12, AZ, 100tests

A monoclonal antibody (clone 8G12) specific for human CD34, conjugated to AZ and supplied by STEMCELL Technologies. The antibody reacts with human CD34, a marker expressed by most hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), and is used to identify and isolate HSPCs capable of cell engraftment. It supports identification and quantification of CD34+ cells by flow cytometry.

The reagent is a mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa isotype with reported reactivity against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD34. It is provided as a ready-to-use liquid formulation containing 0.1% sodium azide, and should be stored at 2–8°C, protected from light.
