Anti-Hu CD34, 581, FI, 100tests

This mouse monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, designated Clone 581, recognises the human CD34 antigen and is conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) for fluorescence-based detection. According to the manufacturer, CD34 is expressed on the surface of most human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, and Clone 581 is verified for use in cell isolation and flow cytometry.

The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid classified as a laboratory reagent and is validated by the supplier for flow cytometry immunophenotyping of human CD34+ cells. Manufacturer data demonstrate staining of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with the FITC-conjugated Clone 581 antibody, both on PBMCs directly and on cells isolated with the EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit.

According to the supplier's safety documentation, the product is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and is stable under recommended transport and storage conditions. The supplier recommends storage at 2–8 °C with protection from light.
