Anti-Hu CD34, 581, AZ, 100tests

STEMCELL Technologies' mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody targets human CD34 and is conjugated to APC. Clone 581 recognizes a class III CD34 epitope that is resistant to neuraminidase and O-glycoprotease.

The antibody is verified for flow cytometry. Clone 581 has also been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with the EasySep Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit and the EasySep Human Whole Blood CD34 Positive Selection Kit, and for labeling human mesenchymal cells grown in MesenCult Proliferation Kit (Human).

The formulation is a phosphate-buffered solution containing sodium azide and bovine serum albumin. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and the solution is free of unconjugated APC and unconjugated antibody. Store undiluted at "2 - 8°C"; do not freeze, and protect the product from prolonged exposure to light. The product is licensed for internal research use only.
