Anti-Hu CD33, HIM3-4, FI, 25tests

A FITC-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone HIM3-4, directed against human CD33 (also known as Siglec-3). According to the manufacturer, CD33 is a major marker used to differentiate myeloid from lymphoid or erythroid leukemias, supporting the reagent's role in flow cytometry-based immunophenotyping of human myeloid populations.

The clone is verified for flow cytometry and has been demonstrated on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including in workflows combined with positive selection kits. The manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet describes the product as a clear liquid and states it is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
