Anti-Hu CD32, IV.3, 100µg

A monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets human CD32 (FcγRII) and is supplied as clone IV.3. The antibody has been verified for cell isolation and flow cytometry applications. CD32 is expressed by monocytes, macrophages, and endothelial cells.

Flow cytometry data shown by the manufacturer uses human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labeled with the unconjugated antibody, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody, Polyclonal, FITC as a secondary reagent. A FITC-conjugated format of the same clone is also referenced in the manufacturer's flow cytometry figures.

The product is supplied as a clear liquid. According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the material is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and is stable under recommended transport and storage conditions. It is not regulated for transport by DOT, TDG, MEX, ICAO, IATA, IMDG, RID, ADR, or ADN.
