Anti-Hu CD32, FLI8.26, UC, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this unconjugated monoclonal antibody targeting human CD32, also known as FcγRII. The reagent is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody raised against human CD32, identified by clone FLI8.26. CD32 functions as a low-affinity receptor for aggregated immunoglobulin and is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, and platelets. Manufacturer-supplied data include flow cytometry analyses of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labelled with the antibody, demonstrated in unconjugated, FITC-conjugated, and PE-conjugated formats, each compared against a Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Antibody (Clone MPC-11).

The purified, unconjugated format is suited to in-house conjugation or use in blocking and biochemical assays. Recommended storage is short-term at 2–8 °C and long-term at −20 °C, with repeated freeze–thaw cycles to be avoided.
