Anti-Hu CD32, FLI8.26, FI, 100tests

A FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody targeting human CD32, supplied by STEMCELL Technologies. The reagent is the clone FLI8.26, raised against the human CD32 antigen and pre-labelled with FITC for direct detection in flow cytometry staining workflows.

CD32 is described as a low-affinity receptor for aggregated immunoglobulin, expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, and platelets. The product has been characterised by flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, with a Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Antibody (clone MPC-11) used as the corresponding negative control in the manufacturer's validation data.

The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is classified as not a hazardous substance or mixture according to the GHS.
